NRC, funded by NMFA and SIDA, engaged Humanitarian Outcomes to carry out an evaluation of NRC’s work using Cash and Voucher Assistance, in order to ensure that NRC is able to deliver a relevant, efficient and effective cash strategy in 2018-20. The evaluators made observations on our progress and quality and made 21 recommendations, all of which have been accepted or partially accepted by NRC.
